Very excited…

About new workshops and courses coming up over the summer (hopefully, it will have stopped raining by then too)

I’ll be at the brilliant States of Independence on June 8th in Leicester. It’s always a wonderful day, with tons of great talks for readers and writers and an amazing indie book fair (thank you tons, Dahlia Books and De Montfort University). As well as running a stall alongside fabulous author, Giselle Leeb, I’ll be leading a workshop on finding stories in lost things. If you’re coming along, please drop by to say hello.

Then, in July, I’m thrilled to be part of Dark Summer, an online Horror Writing School, organised by the kind and unstoppable Alex Davies. There’s a lot of great stuff on offer here, and I’ll be exploring Haunted Places on July 16th.

And in August, I have a series of intensive creative short courses at Nottingham Trent University. Start Writing Your Novel 21st – 23rd August, Thrills and Chills: Writing Crime, Suspense and Horror 27th – 28th August.  and Short Story Success 29th – 30th August.

Phew!

In the meantime, I’m just about to be off for a fantastic week of friendship and writing at marvellous Moniack Mhor and I’ve just finished going through the edits for my next novel – due out from Bloodhound Books in September. Feeling incredibly lucky! X
