Workshops

I love running creative writing courses and workshops. Since 2012, I’ve worked within schools and universities, for Writing East Midlands and Nottingham Writers’ Studio, as well as with smaller writing groups, and at literary festivals and libraries. I’ve also tutored residential courses with Writing South West Scotland.

I always strive to establish a playful, productive and supportive environment for writing, and I’m very happy to discuss tailoring a fiction workshop or course to suit your group’s needs.

If you would like to arrange a workshop, please email email hidden; JavaScript is required

During 2025, I had the pleasure of mentoring for Writing East Midlands, helping Farhana Shaikh hone her great novel – an incredibly rewarding experience.
